Vinyl print
Vinyl printing, or Cad Cut, is a high quality, durable print that is perfect for printing solid colour logos, vector images and text, in single or a limited number of colours.
A plotter cutter digitally cuts the design out of vinyl, which is then applied to a garment using a heat press. Vinyl printing is usually limited to simple one colour text and designs, but we can overlay different colours of vinyl to produce more eye catching effects.
We offer a wide range of colours in matt, fluorescent, sparkle or glitter finish. There is a range of over 25 colours of vinyl to choose from! The print size we can achieve is controlled by the space available on your garment, and you can wash your t-shirt up to 80oC! We suggest to wash just normal wash up to 40oC, not to tumble dry and iron inside out. Manufacture give 7 year of lasting time for correctly applied vinyl print and if washing instructions are followed.
Vinyl can be applied to Cotton, poly/cotton, polyester, acrylic & similar fibres.
Transfer
Photo Printing is similar to Vinyl printing. Whilst we can apply photo prints to most cotton colours for best results we recommend a light coloured product- i.e: White.
To print with mulcoloured images, logo or photos dark colour garments, jackets, caps bags will are using digital printed stickers. It is done on printable vinyl, technical guide is same as for usual vinyl, and job is completed with sharp and vibrant colours.
Sublimation Print
Similar technique as photo print is used for sublimation printing. For clothing best results come on to light colour garment. Also, sublimation print we use for mouse mat, coasters or mug printing.
